Highly Flammable started in Dunedin as a small organisation and has expanded to Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch and is currently growing rapidly. In addition, Highly Flammable has performances outside of the main centre nationally and occasionally even internationally!

Highly Flammable is not an entertainment agency, but it is also not a ‘performance group’ either. Highly Flammable employs office-based Managers, Stage Managers, Costume Designers, Concept Designers and Choreographers, in addition to Performance Artists to undertake entertainment contracts. Highly Flammable has been described as a unique mix of theatre, entertainment, events and promotions companies as it draws concepts from them all. Our fantastic concepts are available NZ wide at the same cost due to the unique business model where we employ talent nationally.

Current areas of expertise include:

-  Fire Performance (staged, venue entrances and roving)

- Stilt Walking (entrance greeters and roving)

- Human Statues on podiums (entrance way or in a mingling crowd)

- Mirrormen (Onstage dancing with lights, human statues on an entrance or in a mingling crowd)

- Pyrotechnics (Staged or additions to fire performances)
